Duties and responsibilities
- Build and maintain HRIS integrations between the HCM platform and payroll, benefits, ATS, and ERP systems using APIs, SFTP, or middleware tools
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using HRIS reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer, BIRT, or SAP Query
- Configure calculated fields, business process workflows, and condition rules to meet HR business requirements
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatch errors, and performance issues across connected systems
