Duties and responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and NetWeaver-based components across dev, QA, and production landscapes
- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support package stacks, and EHP applications using Software Update Manager (SUM) and SPAM/SAINT transactions

Overview
SAP Basis Administrators are the people who make sure that SAP — one of the most operationally critical software platforms in existence — actually runs.
